Deputy home manager responsibilities:
* Ensure the home is ran efficiently and effectively * Motivate staff and ensure tasks are correctly delegated * Write and receive daily reports to managers and appropriate external organisations * Deal with discharge and admissions of residents * Adhere to the care act at all times * Ensure all relevant risk assessments are carried out * Ensure staff is up to date with all training and development * Work with up to date IT technology * Liaise with and report to home manager * Deal with emergencies on floor * Ensure correct clinical care is provided to residents * Ensure CQC standards are maintained
