Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £34,153 Per annum + Welcome bonus of up to £3,000

Time recruitment are representing a specialist mental health provider in their search for a Deputy Manager. With nearly 30 years’ experience in mental health and up to 800 patients cared for daily this specialist provider leads the way in innovative and exciting care methods with an overall aim to provide happy and fulfilling living for its patients.

The facility is situated near the market town of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Built on lovely surroundings with gardens surrounding the service.

This Specialist facility provides supportive and therapeutic care for up to 48 residents from adults with physical disability, brain injury or learning disability. Service users are a mixture of permanent residents, short period of stay and respite care. The nursing team are highly experienced and the facility works of a high staff to patient ratio ensuring one to one. A GOOD CQC report was awarded to the home in all 5 areas.

Responsibility of a Deputy Manager:
“Provide clinical leadership to nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality
“Ensure high quality individualised person centre standards of care are delivered to all patients
“Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff
“Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes and individual goals
“Act as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge
“Take charge of clinical area
“Take a lead on developing and maintaining communication with patients relatives, families and carers, to support them to support patients goals
