Deputy Manager
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Littleborough - Days - 37.5 hours - Mostly Supernumerary
Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist provider of care offering specialist enduring mental health and dementia nursing care across their 5 exemplary services; we are aiding in their search for a Deputy Manager / Clinical Matron.
The service is an enduring mental health service for those with dementia and other conditions relating to cognitive changes such as Alzheimer's, Frontotemporal, Lewy Body, Mixed Dementias, Picks Disease and Vascular Dementia, it is purpose built and has 51 beds.
They typically support the aging population so end of life care can come into the role as well and the staffing levels are exceptional with a minimum 2 clinical nurses on shift whether its days or nights, a matron on site alongside a RMN registered manager and several care staff

We are looking for a natural leader for the Deputy Manager / Clinical Matron role and someone who is passionate about dementia nursing/enduring mental health care with ideas to develop clinical care in this area; so we require a RGN/RMN or RNLD nurse with a valid NMC pin for the role.
