Founded over 70 years ago, they are a small-medium sized contractor and you'll be joining a highly experienced team. They are excited to take on a Design Manager local to the area who is looking for a fresh start.

Position: Design Manager Location: Tottenham, London Project locations: Southeast region of England and London area Main Contractor Sectors: Commercial, Education and Public/Government Type: Full Time Permanent Salary: £60,000-£65,000 plus bonus
Qualifications required: MSc Regional and Urban PLanning Studies Merit, Certificate in Energy and Sustainable Building Design (CIBSE) IT experience required: AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup, InDesign, MS Applications
Duties and Responsibilities
* Hold RIBA Stages: 1-5 * Design and compile company brochures, tender submissions, and quotations * Maintain and review company branding, * Prepare and submit PQQs and ITTs Managing and co-ordinating tender submissions with internal stakeholders , primarily estimating. * Obtaining fee proposals from Architects, Structural Engineers etc * Maintaining CRM system * Maintaining Bugler library of project information * Monitoring and ensuring that all accreditations and certifications are up to date and current - Exor, Safemark, CHAS, Constructionline, Investors in People, ISO * Updating Company CV/Profile * Sourcing opportunities and following up on leads for potential work * Updating company web site * Monitoring and managing all Social Media output. * Compiling and issuing any necessary press releases * Preparing, producing, or procuring all marketing literature and equipment for all group companies
Candidate Requirements
Must be based local to Tottenham or North London Experience with the above software or applications Academic background in Construction and Planning
