Home Manager – Nursing Home (Nurse qualified)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Location: Chingford, East London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE

Time Recruitment are currently selecting for a nurse qualified Home Manager to work in a large sized care home situated in Chingford, East London. This role is Fully Supernumerary role – None clinical however you will need nursing knowledge and experience.

This care home, which boasts of a ‘Good’ CQC provides state-of-the-art accommodation and expert nursing and residential care for the elderly and also care to those suffering from dementia and other related cognitive conditions.

This is a permanent full time position and includes an attractive annual salary of £70,000 – £80,000 per annum. Your salary package will also be accompanied with a generous benefits scheme, some inclusive benefits are listed below:

As the Registered Home Manager you will be responsible for the care and welfare of the residents, as well as keeping the standards of the home to impeccably high standards. Along with support, you will ensure the home is;
-Financially stable & proifiting
-Quality driven – exemplary CQC compliant
-Customer Focused – residents well cared for and thriving
-Well lead – Leading from the front, including recruiting and developing your team

I am looking to speak to a nurse qualified, CQC registered manager with a proven history of good CQC reports from previous nursing home manager roles. As well as;

-Ability to understand and evaluate complex situations and use a holistic approach to problem solving.
-Possess strong leadership skills and be comfortable in making challenging decisions in a demanding environment.
-Full working knowledge of the latest CQC requirements and appropriate health and safety legislation.
-Customer focussed at all times with a commitment to continuous improvement within the Home.
-Strong clinical knowledge and expertise with an up to date nursing qualification plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification is essential
-NVQ Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management
