£15.86 per hour
8am to 4.30pm (1pm finish on friday)
Overtime available

Time Recruitment are currently looking for an mechanical fitter to join our well established client based in Hyde. Our client is a market leader in there field and their work can be found across the globe. The main purpose of this role will be to assemble parts for new and refurbished conveyor systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop there skills in a busy market leader that work with big name brands. Duties of this role will include:

• Fitting of rollors, bearings, gearboxes and sprockets
• Working on modifications and machine refurbishments
• Working to engineering drawings
• General fabrication of parts
• Working with a range of hand a power tools
• Supporting in other areas where required
• Travelling where required to finished client sites for repairs

The Successful candidate must have:

• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work individually
• Be able to work to engineering drawings
• Have relevant mechanical qualifications
• At least 2 years experience
• Good written and verbal communication
