Our client is one of the largest distributors of children's toys in Europe and is experiencing continuous growth. To support their expanding operations, they are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Packing Operatives. As a Warehouse Packing Operative, your primary responsibility will be to handle packing efficiently and accurately, reboxing, relabelling, and repackaging tasks within the warehouse. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure the smooth operation of the packing line. This role requires physical stamina as it involves standing throughout the day, along with bending and lifting duties. Responsibilities: * Perform packing activities according to established guidelines and quality standards. * Safely and effectively rebox products as required. * Assist with relabelling tasks, ensuring accurate and proper labelling of packages. * Conduct repackaging activities to optimise space utilisation and ensure product safety. * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain an efficient packing line. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the packing area. * Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the warehouse management team. * Contribute to the achievement of production targets and deadlines. Requirements: * Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential. * Ability to stand for extended periods, perform bending and lifting duties, and handle physical tasks. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy. * Strong team player with effective communication skills. * Willingness to follow instructions and work within established procedures. * Reliability and commitment to meeting productivity targets. * Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands. * Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to maintain a clean and organised work area. * Must possess safety boots and a hi-vis vest. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will have two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break.
