You will be a named nurse to no more than 20 residents in the unit and will have a strong team of carers to support!

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse: * Providing correct clinical care to residents * Monitoring residents, updating, and reviewing care plans * Liaising with healthcare professionals * Ensuring all work is done according to NMC code of conduct and CQC regulations
