£30,000 salary + £50,000 OTE
Manchester
Monday to Friday - Office hours
£1,250 guaranteed commission in month 1

Our client is an ambitious & growing Software Vendor with exciting plans to launch new products & increase current market share.

They are looking to add Sales Account Managers to their Manchester City Centre office. Account Managers will join a team where 90% of salespeople hit target & there is a clear progression plan from 12 months+.
The role:
* Sales Account Managers will sell to existing & lapsed clients
* Making around 40 calls per day
* You will use a solution-based sales approach & fact find approach
* Understand customer needs, wants, and pain point
* You'll educate customers on products, services & the market
* Manage the entire sales process & control your earnings
* The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results
The package:
* £30,000 salary
* £50,000 OTE
* £1,250 guaranteed commission
* Top performers £70,000+
* 26 holidays & bank holidays
* Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance
* Holiday incentives & car being raffled for staff who hit target
Requirements:
Experience in sales is required.
