Senior Residential Care Worker - Children's and Young People
Location: Walkden, Salford
Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour (£50 extra sleep bonus)
Permanent: 4.5 hours per week (days / nights / sleeps)

Time Recruitment are supporting our client in their search for a Senior Residential Care Worker, the service located in Walkden, Salford. Our Client has various homes around Greater Manchester and strives to give young people the tools they need to achieve their goals in later life. Duties of Senior Residential Care Worker:

* To act as a key worker to specific children and young people.
* Complete reports
* Escort young people in car or own vehicle when required
To work in accordance with the national minimum care standards
* promote structure, boundaries and domestic routines


Requirements of Senior Residential Care Worker:


* 2 years' Experience of working with young people in a residential setting
* Full UK driving license - willing to use own car as required (required business insurance pre induction shifts)

* Experience of supervising a team.
* Minimum of Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential children's home, specialising in EBD and young people with complex welfare histories.
