Duties & responsibilities

Plan and organize site activities, including resource allocation, task assignments, and work schedules, to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets project specifications and standards.
Manage and control project costs, including monitoring expenses, preparing budgets, and reviewing financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Site Manager level
NHS, Education and Commercial Experience is essential
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Qualified
Main Contractor background
Structured career history
Based in or local to Leyland
