My client is a main contractor in the retail sector. They are a specialist in their market and are looking to bring in the best management to help with their increased workload.
The job at hand I am looking to recruit is for a Freelance Site Manager for large-format supermarket refurbishment.
Our client is looking for somebody who can start immediately, with works ongoing until December
The Ideal Site Manager will;
* Hold a lot of experience with supermarket refurbs. * Be happy to work in Guisborough & Alnwick * Hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness. * Be computer literate.
Typical working hours are 8:00AM to 6:00 PM
Works includes;
* Taking Deliveries * Building framework * Send over a basic report every week * Having calls with Project Manager * Will be looking after 2-10 ops to manage on site * Needs to make sure site is tidy and H&S compliant for night work to start. * Majority of the work will be done at night by SM (Inhouse)
