Area Service Manager
Location: Kent, CT2
Salary: £53,984.76 per annum, rising to £56,826 after 12 months (subject to performance) + Company Car
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible to meet business needs)

The Role

* Lead and develop high-quality services for young people and supported living.
* Act as Registered Manager with Ofsted, supporting local management teams.
* Oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets and regulatory compliance.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service improvements.
* Recruit, manage, and develop a dedicated team.
What You Bring
* 2+ years' experience in Ofsted services for young people.
* Knowledge of CQC, housing-related support, or extra care services (desirable).
* Proven leadership, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel.
