About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team in a busy retail environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and manage operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Train team members to provide comprehensive information on products and services.
* Meet branch sales targets by fostering a culture of honesty and transparency.
* Encourage cross-selling of products and services to enhance customer experience.
* Oversee branch operations, including stock management and shift planning, ensuring
adequate staffing at all times.
* Maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-stocked branch.
* Manage key local accounts while being sales-savvy.
* Ensure customer confidentiality and security is upheld.
* Act as a point of escalation for retail customer queries, handling managerial tasks
effectively.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager.
* Strong retail skills with a customer service focus.
* Technologically savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
* Confident in leading and motivating a team.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
