Business Development Manager
Salary Negotiable with Bonus Scheme

The company:
Starting out in 1979, we have rapidly grown into one of the UK's leading design, construction and fit out companies. Based in the Northwest, we work nationwide alongside independent business owners, commercial property companies, investors, architects, and local authorities to create compelling workspaces.

The Role:
* Driving growth and expanding client base
* Conducting market research and identify potential clients
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
* Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

What are they looking for in a candidate:
Ideally someone with around 10 years' experience in the industry with the following:
* Office Fit out experience
* CAT A/CAT B experience
* D&B Projects experience
* Industrial/Warehousing fit out projects
* Someone with a Current Client base
