Clinical Lead
Location: Solihull, Birmingham
Salary: £42,126 per annum) + £26.00 For All Overtime! + Pay Rise Due In April!
Monday - Friday (8am - 4.00pm) - 38.5-hour contract

Time Recruitment are assisting a nationally recognised care group who have an outstanding reputation in the sector; over 90% of their care homes are rated GOOD or Outstanding with CQC. Alongside the home most recent CQC report scoring GOOD in all 5 domains.

This service in its infancy and only opened its doors in 2020 in Solihull, Birmingham specialises is dementia care; but being it is not up to full occupancy but requires an experienced mentor/leader to join their team as a Clinical Lead.

Overall the service accommodates up to 60 elderly/frail residents; but this is split into 30 residential beds which operates separately and 30 nursing beds; you will be supported by a well-established; reputable home manager and deputy home manager; alongside having another nurse on shift with you.

Your role as Clinical Lead includes:

* Mentoring and supervising care/nursing staff
* Rota planning and skill mixing according to the needs of the service
* Clinical governance and auditing
* Management of medications and medication audits
* Delivering clinical excellence and promoting high standards
* Risk assessment and safeguarding
* Admission and discharge
