Clinical Lead Location: Penn, Wolverhampton Salary £50,310 per annum (Equivalent to £21.50 per hour) + £2.00 overtime enhancements! Hours: 45, Nights only! Shifts: 3x Clinical 1x Supernumerary
Clinical Lead required for a local nursing home with an excellent reputation in the area rated "Good" with CQC with two trained nurse managers. With an exceptional team in place and incredible staff nurse to patient ratio's the group invest heavily in staff development and staff numbers.
The Clinical Lead will oversee 2 nurses 11 carers and be supported by a nurse qualified home manager; the patient group here is largely general nursing and palliative nursing care with some non-challenging dementia.
Duties for the Clinical Lead role are as follows: * Electronic medications * Auditing care plans * Supervision, appraisal, and training of staff * Wound care and managing leg ulcers * Catheterisation * Reporting and risk assessment * Palliative/end of life care
