Clinical Lead
£23.00 - £27.00 per hour - dependant on experience

Hours: Days - 40 hours - mixed clinical and supernumerary

Time Recruitment are pleased to be searching for a Clinical Lead to join an outstanding nursing team and a long-standing clinical management team with over 10+ years of experience and longevity.

With a good CQC report this is a small 30+ bedded nursing home that specialises in elderly/frail, general nursing care with some dementia nursing care.

Your role as Clinical Lead here will be to direct, steer and influence the nursing and residential team in clinical excellence striving for outstanding status with CQC; you will work alongside 2 RGN managers to achieve this whilst completing the below duties:

* Clinical governance and auditing
* Leading from the front and providing clinical training
* Skill mixing and rota planning
* Medication and care plan management
* Assisting with admissions and assessments
* Staff supervisions and appraisals
* Liaison with GP/MDT and residents family members
* CQC notifications
* Assistance with end of life care when required

We are searching for a natural leader, someone familiar with a elderly care setting alongside some of the below attributes:

* Nurse qualified with an NMC pin
* Will support the care team when needed
* Natural mentor ideally with a mentorship qualification/experience
* Excellent communication skill
* Familiar with EMARS/electronic care systems
