Clinical Lead (RGN)
Location - Bromsgrove, Birmingham
Setting - Care Home
Salary - £24.00 Per Hour
Shifts - Flexible Shifts

The client is a 31 bedded service specialising in care for older residents with dementia and additional physical disabilities. It provides excellent care and has bespoke in-house training for all its staff. In addition to all this there are great benefits provided to all nursing staff, such as;

Key Duties

* Managing Clinical standards within the home and maintaining NMC standards
* Working with the home manager to achieve high standards of care for the residents.
* Supporting other staff nurses in their clinical duties and offering advice and training for new staff
* Keeping up to date with audits of residents and actively planning care
