Position: Clinical Unit Manager Location: Downham Market Working Hours: 36 hours per week Salary: up to £50,000 per annum
Time Recruitment is currently selecting for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our client's well-established team as a Clinical Unit Manager at their nursing home based in Downham Market. It is a large service with over 60 beds and provides specialist dementia, elderly, and mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs. * Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment. * Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. * Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
Requirements:
* A valid NMC Pin * Experience working with Dementia/Physical Disability/Mental Health Care
