Our client is a growing market leader based in Manchester City Centre that is expanding its Collections team due to a growing client base & 2 internal promotions. You'll work with a positive, hard-working Manager that values their staff, and used to do this role before being promoted.

The role:
Collections Advisors will deal with existing customers & be responsible for collecting arrears where customers are behind on payments. The role involves inbound & outbound calling, emails, and letter writing in order to establish contact & clear customer debts. You'll assess customer finances & negotiate fair & affordable payment plans in line FCA & TCF regulations.

Requirements:
Experience in debt collection / debt solutions is required.
