One of our clients are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the leisure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts for hotels, bars, restaurants, and fit-out refurbishments.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of the contract, including procurement, scheduling, quality control, and safety Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Managing and mentoring project teams to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as necessary.
Ensuring that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Participating in tender processes and preparing tender documentation as required.
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a contracts management role in the leisure sector.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
The salary will be around £55k plus a package including car allowance, pension etc.
