Location: Nationwide Site Visits. Office based in the office local to Fleetwood 1-2 days a week.
Salary & Package:
£55,000-£60,000 Company Car Expenses Bonus

Overview: My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, working with prestigious Blue Chip clients in the shop fitting sector. This role involves managing multiple live projects (3-4 at a time) across the supermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations to ensure smooth execution. Conduct pre-planning activities to prepare for project commencement. Ensure project timelines and programmes are met. Maintain high standards of health and safety on all sites.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with larger Blue Chip clients, particularly in shop fitting and supermarkets. Background in managing small repair or refitting shop spaces & fit outs Ability to handle a mixture of project values and types. Based in the North of England 4+ years at Project Manager level
Interview Process:
First stage interview with the Director. Second interview may be required with another member of staff.
