Job description
Job Title: Contract Manager - Industrial Division
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning of materials, plant, and equipment from the initial order to delivery.
- Manage and mentor the store manager, providing guidance on the specific materials and equipment used within the company.
- Monitor job progress and maintain communication with the site foreman to ensure timely availability of resources for sustained productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews of job specifications and prepare reports for client submission.
- Perform site visits and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory by quantifying materials used on site and solving any related problems.
- Address and resolve disputes that may arise during contract execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing industrial contracts and supporting team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage disputes effectively.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to various sites including cement plants, sheds, and storage units.
- Comfortable working at heights as it is a significant part of the role.
Salary & Benefits:
- A competitive salary package ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, with additional benefits.

- This is an office-based role with nationwide site visits required.
