Legal Secretary/Assistant – Conveyancing
Location: Stockport | Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a knack for legal processes? We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of conveyancing experience to join our dynamic team. If you’re ready to dive into the world of property law and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Audio-typing and transcribing digital dictations
- Preparing legal docs and letters
- Handling HM Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty returns
- Managing client communications and providing updates
- Updating files, maintaining deadlines, and managing documents on case management systems
- Reception lunch cover when needed ️
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of previous conveyancing secretarial experience
- Fast typing skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills ⏰
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on client care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
