Customer Service Advisor
Manchester, Trafford Park (On-site)
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
£24000
Who are they:
My client are a leading large format print manufacturer based in Manchester, and we are the market leader in print solutions and invest in the most advanced print technology and display applications to provide the best quality for our clients.
They are very excited to announce that they are on the hunt for a new team member. Due to our continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Liaison to join their team. You will be the 'voice' of all incoming calls and will champion the role as our very own Brand Ambassador.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls.
* Attending to queries from new and existing clients.
* Directing calls as required and taking messages.
* Assisting with POD's as and when necessary.
* Checking on production updates.
* Administrative duties, as and when required, to support the customer services team.
Skills required:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer service.
* Multitasking and prioritising.
* Dependability.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Problem-solving.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Attention to detail.
* Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
