Our Huddersfield based client is an ambitious and expanding industry leader with big plans for 2021. Due to increased investment and successful sales performance, they’re looking to hire a Customer Service Team Leader to manage their expanding client base.

Customer Service Team Leaders will manage a team of 8-10 Customer Service Advisors who deliver service via phone, web chat, and email. Advisors deal customer account queries and issues relating to billing, complaints, updates, and any other enquiry that you can think of.
The role involves motivating and leading the team to drive individual & collective performance, to ensure SLA’s are met and a high level of service is achieved. The role will offer the opportunity to take on additional projects and responsibility and can offer a progression path to Customer Service Manager.
