Deputy Home Manager
Location: Heaton Norris, Stockport
Salary: £24.00 per hour (Equivalent to £49,920 per annum) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40, days only!

Time Recruitment are assisting an innovative family run care provider on the search for a deputy home manager with an active NMC pin. We are looking for a a deputy home manager who is already working in a senior role and has experience of managing 40 + bedded nursing homes.

The current CQC is requires improvement so we are looking for a strong leader who can promote positive changes whilst support the home manager in the day to day running of the nursing home. The traditional beautiful home is located in Heaton Norris, Stockport just off the M60 with plenty of options for public transport making it very accessible.

The service caters to no more than 52 people and provides care packages to elderly which include, dementia care, residential care, personal care, respite care and nursing care. We are looking for a motivated and inspirational Deputy Home Manager, who has the ability to influence, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the team with an open communication style. We need somebody who is able deliver a high standard of resident care and drive results within the elderly care setting.

Deputy Home Manager Requirements
* Be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin
* Will support the registered manager in the daily running of the role
* Must have a strong clinician
* Excellent communication skills
* Can verify death
* Supervise the creation of care plans - assessment and discharge
* Competent knowledge on Dementia Nursing Care and Palliative care
* fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge others

Deputy Home Manager Position Overview
