Hours: Days – mixed clinical and supernumerary shifts
Time Recruitment is assisting a reputable care provider that operates exclusively in the East Midlands area in their search for a Deputy Home Manager for their CQC rated good service in Clifton, Nottingham.
This provider is an investor in people and promote individuals based on their interests and career goals, this service is a small well led service with a long-standing home manager in place; with a maximum of 30 residents this is a homely service with a family feel.
As a specialist dementia care home and respite facility there is dedicated respite and therapeutic activity lounges; alongside support for those with physical health needs and is a modern but family orientated community.
As a Deputy Home Manager here you will oversee a compliment of longstanding staff and be supported by regional teams and training teams to achieve your goals for the service helping drive the compliance/clinical teams and ensure governance is upheld alongside promoting clinical excellence and best practise.
