Deputy Home Manager
£39,520 - £40,560 / Days / Aston-Under-Lyne

Deputy home Manager required. My client is a large and well respected Healthcare Provider with over 70 homes across the country, with a focus on the happiness and comfort of the residents, their families and their staff. This provider encourage their homes to be learning environments for their teams, allowing personal development to flourish alongside the highest standards of care. This service is a 34 room care home located in Ashton-under-Lyne, the home provides nursing and dementia care in a friendly environment where everyone is treated as family. The manager has worked hard to build a highly skilled and dedicated team who are friendly and welcoming, and this is a great opportunity to work with a close knit and stable team.
2 x 12 hours shifts Nursing & 2 x 8 hour shifts Supernumerary

Deputy Home Manger duties include:
*To manage all aspects of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
*To maintain excellent care and health & safety standards.
*To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community.
*To support the attainment of budgeted financial performance; maximising fee levels and exercising sound cost management across the Home.
*To help build and maintain a well-motivated and engaged workforce.
*To perform direct nursing duties on a basis agreed with the Home Manager in accordance with contractual arrangements.

Deputy Home Manager requirements include:
*Valid nursing pin
*Experience in leadership
*Nursing home experience
*Passion for care
