Job Title: Deputy Manager - Care Home
Location: Leek
Salary: £25.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to join our team in Leek, where we pride ourselves on providing outstanding care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the care home. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of care staff to deliver person-centered care.
Overseeing clinical and operational practices to maintain the highest standards.
Supporting with regulatory compliance and CQC requirements.
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Managing rotas, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all.
What We're Looking For from the Deputy Manager:
A registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN or extensive care leadership experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
A passion for care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving quality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
