Salary: £26.50 per hour + 10% performance-related bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Full-time | 7am-7pm | 3-4 days per week, including alternate weekends

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-regarded nursing home located in the Sleaford area. This is a fantastic role for a compassionate and driven nurse who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
About the Role of Deputy Manager:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to lead the care and nursing teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You'll also support with clinical governance, compliance, medication management, and staff supervision-creating a culture of kindness, quality, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Manager:
- Support the Home Manager with daily operations, compliance, and care delivery
- Lead by example and foster a positive team culture
- Conduct clinical audits, medication rounds, and competency checks
- Oversee care plans and ensure regular updates and reviews
- Mentor and supervise staff to develop skills and confidence
- Coordinate with external professionals and families to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain high standards in safeguarding, infection control, and regulatory compliance
What You'll Need to be the Deputy Manager:
- NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD
- At least 3 years' experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- 1+ years' experience supporting people living with dementia
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Live within 30 minutes of Sleaford
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar deputy or clinical lead role
- Knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care planning
- Driving licence (for commuting and external liaison)
