Deputy Retirement Manager Position
Salary: £28,256 - £29,745 per annum + benefits
Location: Brixton, London
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Time Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established care provider operating supported living services across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Retirement Manager/Housing Manager to join a respected supported living facility in Brixton, London.
This facility features 42 flats dedicated to retirement living, as well as support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. As the Deputy Retirement Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships within the service to enhance outcomes for residents, staff, volunteers, and the local community, all while aligning with the company's values.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective housing management, meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Foster relationships to enhance outcomes for residents, staff, and the community.
Promote safeguarding policies and liaise with external agencies.
Assist with tenancy management and support residents with rent and service charges.
Coordinate low-level Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) cases to promote community cohesion.
Build relationships with stakeholders and manage complaints for continuous improvement.
Organize social activities and promote communal facilities.
Maintain accurate records and effective filing systems.
