Director of Clinical Services Location: Arnold, Nottingham Salary: £60,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours)
Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Director of Clinical Services to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.

As a Director of Clinical Services here you will maintain the recent good CQC inspection and work with the hospital director to ensure compliance, governance and quality care within clinical service operations; you will delivery on the hospital strategy; oversee staffing, deliver on training and development alongside clinical supervisions.
The facility offers an inpatient adult mental health service to local and out of the area NHS trusts; the site comprises of 4 wards, 2 acute wards and 2 PICU wards with a total of 52 beds in total.
The team at this facility consists of a much larger multidisciplinary team than usual who cater to each individual's needs, they include several clinical managers, a physical health nurse, phlebotomist, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists and assistants, speciality doctors, Staff Nurses and recovery support workers.
