Experienced in planned work/Social housing.

Experience in Assisting, preparing, processing, and selecting estimates, bids, and tenders within tight deadlines.
Contributed to the development of procurement programs.
Prepared and monitored cash flow forecasts for assigned projects.
Managed monthly applications for payment and prepared valuation reports.
