Home Manager
Woodbridge / £55,000 / Residential Home / 40 hours per week
Home Manager required. My client is rated a top 20 large national group with 22 years' experience in the care sector, with continued growth and excellent standards and reputation this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader.
This service offers care to 32 people in a home from home environment for those who need a little extra care in a residential setting.
Home Manager Benefits:
* Up to £55,000 per annum
* Annual Bonus related to performance
* Free DBS (England) check.
* Excellent holiday allowance
Home Manager Duties:
* Ensure the home meets the standards required by CQC and other regulatory bodies
* Ensure the highest standards of care is provided for all residents
* Manage the team of staff
* Recruitment and Retention
* Auditing
* Appraisals
* Budget Management
* Ensure the company ethos is adhered to
Home Manager Requirements:
* NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management or equivalent
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* Dementia Experience
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
