Liverpool / £70,000 per annum
Time Recruitment is delighted to partner with an esteemed, award-winning care provider with a network of care homes across England. We are currently recruiting for the position of Home Manager at their luxury care home in Liverpool, offering nursing, residential, and dementia care.
This purpose-built care home is known for its exceptional team of carers and boasts a strong reputation with the local authority. With high occupancy rates and only a few vacant beds, the home remains a preferred choice for residents. A strong manager in place will ensure the home will continue to thrive and maintain its status as an excellent community service.
Home Manager Benefits:
* £70,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
* Free DBS check (England)
* Generous holiday allowance
Home Manager Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
* Maintain the highest standards of care for all residents
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
* Lead recruitment and retention efforts
* Uphold the company's ethos and values
Home Manager Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice
* Proven experience in person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* Experience in dementia care
* Passionate about delivering excellent care
