Home Manager
Oldham / £53,000 - £58,000 per annum /
Home Manager required. My client is a family run Healthcare Provider with 8 homes across the country providing Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for older people in a safe, clean, innovative and family like environments. This particular service located in Oldham, is an 80 bed purpose built home offering residential and nursing care for the frail and elderly living with Dementia, Mental Health Conditions and Physical Disability.

Home Manager Duties include:
* Day to day care of residents and running of the home
* Managing Budgets, ensuring the home remains profitable
* Provide leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of the Care Home.
* To maintain care and management skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain best practice.
* To manage the services within the Care Home in accordance with standards agreed
* Train, Develop and retain staff
Home Manager Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
