They have a tight knit team in the office who will support your growth, whether that's moving from Personal Lines into Commercial or simply expanding on your product knowledge.

The role
- Managing your diary effectively and broking policies across new & existing business.
- Speaking to customers via outbound calls and inbound calls, in order to discuss their insurance policy requirements.
- Dealing with underwriting the policies by broking them across the market and referring to the internal underwriting experts in head office.
- Handling mid-term adjustments, policy amendments and providing support to clients.
- Working with Motor Trade, Taxi, Private Home, Private Car, Commercial Combined, Property Owners, PI, P&O and other Commercial Products.
- Speaking directly with local businesses by spending time visiting networking events and spending time visiting organisations in the community.

The package
- Full training and development support across product ranges, which is great if you're in a call centre role already within Insurance or simply want to broaden from Personal Lines.
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with an hour lunch
- Monthly bonus scheme - circa £200-£500+
- Incredible family feel in the office, with a vibrant supportive team.
