Currently seeking a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and offers a competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000. Clients are primarily based in Manchester, with a focus on office projects.

Position Overview:
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, predominantly focused on office developments in Manchester. Your responsibilities will include cost control, budget management, and contract administration. We offer the flexibility of working from home on Fridays, along with providing a laptop, phone, competitive holiday allowance, and participation in our bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial aspects of construction projects.
Conduct cost control activities and ensure compliance with budgets.
Administer contracts and manage subcontractors effectively.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.
Work closely with our key clients in Manchester.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
Familiarity with contract administration and subcontractor management.
Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
