Lettings Assistant
Manchester (Hybrid work)
£23,500 + annual bonus

Our client prides themselves on providing exceptional property management and lettings services. As a growing team, they are looking for a dedicated Lettings Assistant to streamline processes and support the Company's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and management of tenancy agreements and related documentation.
* Maintain and update property listings on the internal database.
* Coordinate viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
* Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
* Support the team with property inspections and inventory management.
* Maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
About you:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
