We are closely partnered with a rapidly emerging accident management service who work closely with insurers to minimise costs within the claims cycle. They offer a modern approach with a fantastic hire & repair network to help support clients after being involved in an accident.

The role as a Motor Claims Handler
- Supporting customers with their motor claims incident after having their details passed over from their insurance provider to help manage the claim.
- Keeping costs to a minimum for the customer by finding the best possible garage for repairs and hire company for their replacement vehicle.
- Understanding liability and making correct decisions for who is at fault.
- Monitoring claims for potential fraud risk, exaggerated costs and that they are properly covered by their insurance policy.
