Our client are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer. This team is responsible for producing classic British brands as well as authentic Japanese sushi seasonings. The role places a strong emphasis on safety, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will:
* Be an experienced, time-served Maintenance Engineer.
* Feel comfortable working in a regulated environment, adhering to the associated procedural processes.
* Have experience in performing planned preventative maintenance, identifying the need for corrective maintenance, and carrying out the necessary activities.
* Be capable of working autonomously and prioritising their workload effectively.
* Have familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts, with experience in 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement being advantageous.
* Be proficient in Our client is offering a permanent position for a Brewery Engineer to join their Brewery using computer systems, including a Computer Maintenance Management System for recording and prioritising work, as well as purchasing systems, SCADA measuring and monitoring systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Uphold the principles of providing customers with the highest quality products and continuously challenging the status quo.
* Have knowledge of PLCs.

Shifts:
The role operates on a three-week rotation:
* Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM; Friday, 6:45 PM - 11:45 PM
* Week 3: Monday to Thursday, 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM; Friday, 12:45 PM - 6:45 PM
