Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

We are closely partnered with a large European Insurance company who offer flexibility, a great overall package and the ability to truly build a career. They are looking for an individual with additional linguistic skills that can support policy holders from countries across Europe. They will provide full industry training and a long term development pathway.
Your key responsibilities as a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor
* Opening and setting up cases to register on the company database.
* Carry out investigations to understand who is at fault for road traffic accidents.
* Check for risks of fraud by using police reports,
* Identify high value claims and report to management.
* Assist with translating statements, police reports and client emails.
The package as a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor
* Holidays - 28 days per year + UK Bank Holidays (8). (36 days)
* £24,000 salary with annual bonus scheme.
* Hybrid working (fully remote to start with and days discuss in phone interview)
* Flexible working hours if required (Core business hours 9am - 5pm).
* Excellent progression possibilities.
* Support with qualifications if a business case is proven.

* An additional European or Baltic language. (We will consider all applicants) * Office based experience of some capacity
