My client is a luxurious care home that provides exceptional 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 75 elderly residents. Located conveniently near Marlow, High Wycombe, the home boasts first-class facilities, including restaurants, a hair salon, library, orangery, leisure and wellness rooms, and a private dining area.

Duties for the Registered Nurse include:

Delivering high-quality care that promotes the physical, emotional and social well-being of residents

Creating tailored care plans to meet individual needs.

Administering medication safely and effectively.

Making critical clinical decisions using your expertise.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care.

Mentoring and supporting your colleagues to foster professional growth.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:

Excellent communication skills

Positive and friendly personality

A qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.

Knowledgeable about current clinical practices

Flexible and committed to delivering person-centred care.
