Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Accrington, BB5
Hourly Rate: £22.05
Type: Full & Part Time, Permanent

As a Registered Nurse with this group, you will need to have current NMC registration, a valid PIN, and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in creating comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to a person-centred approach to nursing.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the care and management team to maintain high standards of nursing care.
* Supervise staff effectively to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
* Carry out general nursing duties in compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines, including updating care plans and administering medication safely.
* Deliver personalized care according to resident needs, ensuring all work aligns with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines.
* Be reliable and adaptable to meet the needs of residents and the home.

Requirements:
* Active NMC registration and PIN.
* Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Previous experience in mental health nursing is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team and independently.
* Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks (such as DoLs/MCA), and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
