Nursing Home Manager required for an established care provider who have been operating since 2010! This innovative care provider has recently purchased a purpose-built care home and is currently being converted from a residential service into a nursing Home.
We are ideally looking for a Nursing Home Manager who comes from successful CQC reports and has minimum of 2 years nursing home management experience. The home is located in the heart of Walsall, West Midlands just off the M6 with plenty of options for public transport making it very accessible.
The nursing home service can accommodate for up to 35 residents, they provide care packages for the elderly who may require specialist nursing care, residential care , dementia care and respite care.
The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have the following skills: * Strong business acumen * Excellent communication skills * Strong clinician * Proven track record of turnaround management * Achieved good CQC ratings with CQC * Up to speed with regular CQC regulations
