Operations Manager Location: West Midlands Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Per annum + Bonus + Mileage allowance + 2 week full sick pay! Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Time Recruitment is assisting an innovative provider who has 6 homes operating in the West Midlands area and due to continued success, they are looking to expand their portfolio. We are recruiting for a nurse-trained Operations Manager to support 3 established nursing homes in the West Midlands area.
The Operations Manager will have already been a CQC registered manager previously and ideally managed services from 50 bedded and upwards. We also require the Operations Manager to have an active NMC pin, who also comes from a successful background of compliant CQC reports.
The Operations Manager will benefit from excellent support; with 3 operation managers who are all clinically trained alongside the operations director and a very approachable managing director to ensure support is there every step of the way.
Operations Manager Position Overview
* To support the registered managers with the day to day operations of the homes * To support with safeguarding incidents ensuring they are being actioned * To help all services with the launch of new electronic systems * Implement new effective systems and develop current through monitoring prioritising * Excellent personal qualities are essential for this role, so we are looking for a caring, kind compassionate Operations Manager * Maintain confidentially and data at all times * Support to bring the cost down of agency usage * Budget management * Step in and manage the services when the registered managers are on annual leave * Share the on-call which is on a rota basis
