Key Responsibilities:
Manage and progress a caseload of personal injury cases, providing professional legal advice to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure clients' expectations are managed effectively while meeting deadlines and targets.
Prioritise a varied caseload and work independently to achieve targets.
About You:
Previous experience in managing a caseload of personal injury cases.
Driven and target-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.
Confident in working to set targets and managing client expectations.
Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to provide a high level of client care.
Efficient and effective, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
