We are seeking a Powder Coater to join one of our clients in Preston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used for applying powder coatings to various surfaces. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate powder coating equipment.
Prepare surfaces and apply coatings.
Monitor quality and perform maintenance.
Ensure safety and meet production goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in powder coating.
Attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting.
