Project Manager
East London
Main Contractor
Sector: Commercial and Education
Project value: £6M
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £65,000 plus travelling, pension, private healthcare, annual leave.
The Candidate Requirements:
No preference for trade background
Prefers seeing candidates from a commercial background with a focus on the education sector
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, potentially Asbestos Awareness and any other bonus H&S certs
Ideal candidate will be very experienced and will be able to contribute to pushing the programme to keep it on track, this requires them to have lots of energy and history of completing similar projects in a timely fashion to a high standard. The Project Manager will need to have the right attitude so they can move up within he business.
